We have had thousands of patients that have travelled to Portugal with our Recovery Certificates so we are unsure why Jet2 refused to allow you to travel. Nobody from Jet2 had called our customer service team to check this specific scenario and our clinical director is always on hand if this is required. Ultimately airlines can make their own independent decision, but our QR coded recovery certificate and letter meet Portugal's entry requirements that are listed on the UK Gov website.
