I just did the latest update on my MAC last night and now my desktop app is no longer working. When I click on it, it just has a question mark move over it. US app doesn't work an. Hi TarynSydow , the same thing happened to me before.

I restarted my computer, and the app was working fine afterward. If that doesn't help, I would try Rupert 's suggestion of uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom app. Zoom Community. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks, but as the links all show, there's no feedback from ZOOM and the only one suggestion is a virtual machine, which is just nuts. Creating a new user account on the Windows machine worked for us. When we logged in as the new user, Zoom worked fine. It would seem to me two things are happening. The Zoom programmers have caught the error thrown by windows and wrapped it with their own message, but do not know how to resolve the issue, thus the suggestion in the message to move to a browser.

Since creating a new account resolves the problem for the new account! I have done some registry and AppData searching but have not found anything other than ZoomPhone remains in the registry after an uninstall. Can anybody move this idea further or discredit it?
